<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 526 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 81 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY ADDING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />PORTIONS OF EDGEWOOD DRIVE, GREENFIELD AVENUE, <br />O'CONNELL DRIVE, AND CLEARVIEW AVENUE <br />BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 P.M. AND 2:00 A.M. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Mounds View City Code, section 81.02 is <br />amended to add a new subdivision to read: <br /> <br />Subdivision 8. Restricted Hou~s. No person shall stop, stand, <br />or park a motor vehicle on the following sections of City Streets <br />between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., except as otherwise <br />authorized by this code or unless directed to do so by a police <br />officer or traffic control device: <br /> <br />Edgewood Drive, between Woodale Drive and county Road H-2 <br />except adjacent to 2400 County Road H-2; <br /> <br />Greenfield Avenue, between Woodale Drive and county Road H-2 <br />except adjacent to 2400 county Road H-2; <br /> <br />O'Connell Drive, between Jeffrey Drive and Greenfield Avenue; <br /> <br />Clearview Avenue, between Irondale Road and Edgewood Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2.
