<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 527 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 2.09 of the Municipal Code of the City of Mounds <br />View entitled "Compensation of Mayor and Council". <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />Chapter 2.09, Subd. 1, Mayor's Compensation, is amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Mayor's Compensation. The salary of the Mayor <br />is fixed at $3,600.00 $5,100.00 per year. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Chapter 2.09, Subd. 2, Councilmember's Compensation, is <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. Councilmember's Compensation. The salary of <br />Councilmembers is fixed at $3,300.00 $4,500.00 per year. <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 450, an Ordinance fixing the salaries of the Mayor <br />and Councilmembers, is repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION, IV. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days from and <br />after its date of publication. <br /> <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on the 12th day of July, 1993. <br /> <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 26th day of <br />July, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />.
