<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 528 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 72.08 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL <br />CODE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO CONTINUE A <br />STREET LIGHTING UTILITY PROGRAM TO OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE <br />THE LIGHTING OF CITY STREETS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Puroose. By Ordinance No. 497, the City Council enacted <br />a street lighting utility program for the purpose of operating, maintaining and <br />improving the street lighting in the City. The Ordinance contained a sunset provision <br />stating that it would automatically be terminated as of December 31, 1993 unless <br />extended by the City Council. The City Council deems that it is in the best interest <br />of the public to repeal the sunset provision. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 72.08 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br />its publication. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
