<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 531 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 70 ENTITLED "MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br />follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 70.01 (B), Subdivision (2) is amended as <br /> <br />"Testing Required. The owner of any property exempted <br />under 70.01 (B), Subdivision (1), shall be required to submit <br />copies of certified test results to the City showing the well <br />serving the property to have coliform organisms (mpn) of less than <br />1.1 per 100 ml and to have less than 0.01 mg/liter of nitrate <br />nitrogen. Teating ahall be required t\:ice each year, once during <br />April and once during October atreet.
