<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 534 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING MUSTANG LANE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Purpose. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the procedures set <br />forth at Section 12.06 of the Mounds View City Charter. The purpose of this <br />ordinance is to vacate certain street right-of-way easements conveyed at the time of <br />platting of Mounds View Industrial Park NO.2. <br /> <br />SECTION II. FindinQs. After due notice and public hearing, the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View makes the following findings: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />At the time of platting of Mounds View Industrial Park No.2, certain <br />street and road easements were conveyed for purposes of providing <br />orderly development within the City. <br /> <br />b. Certain right-of-way easements are no longer necessary due to patterns <br />of development in neighboring communities which eliminated the need <br />for such right-of-way. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Vacation. The following legally described street right-of-way shall <br />be vacated: <br /> <br />That portion of Mustang Lane right-of-way lying South of Mustang Drive and East <br />of Lot 1, Block 1, Mounds View Industrial Park NO.2. <br /> <br />All other rights conveyed by Mounds View Industrial Park NO.2 Plat are reserved to <br />the City. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Recorded Notice. The Clerk-Administrator shall cause a certified <br />copy of this ordinance to be filed with the Ramsey County Recorder and Ramsey <br />County Registrar of Titles. <br />
