<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 540 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHAPTER 802 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY ADDING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON A PORTION OF <br />BRONSON DRIVE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 p.m. AND 2:00 a.m. <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. The Mounds View City Code, Chapter 802.08 is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Subdivision 2, Specific Areas, 9:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M.: No person shall stop, stand <br />or park a motor vehicle on the following sections of City streets between the hours of <br />nine o'clock (9:00) P,M, and two o'clock (2:00) A.M., except as otherwise authorized <br />by this Code or unless directed to do so by a police officer or traffic-control device: <br /> <br />Edgewood Drive, between Woodale Drive and County Road H-2 except adjacent to <br />2400 County Road H-2; , <br /> <br />Greenfield Avenue, between Woodale Drive and County Road H-2 except adjacent to <br />2400 County Road H-2; <br /> <br />O'Connell Drive, between Jeffrey Drive and Greenfield Avenue; <br /> <br />Clearview Avenue, between lrondale Road and Edgewood Drive; <br /> <br />The north side of Bronson Drive, between Edqewood Drive and Jackson Drive <br /> <br />SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its <br />publication, <br /> <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 23 day of May, <br />1994, <br />
