Pursuant to Chapter 1125, the official Mounds View Zoning Map is <br />hereby amended to reflect the following rezoning: <br /> <br />The property legally described below shall be rezoned from R-4, High Density <br />Residential to PUD, Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, St. Paul, Minnesota, Subject to State Trunk <br />Highway 10/62 over the Northeasterly 25 feet, Lot 52 <br /> <br />SECTION II.
