<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 555 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PUBLICLY HELD EASEMENTS <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Purpose. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />the procedures set forth at Section 12.06 of the Mounds View City <br />Charter. The purpose of this ordinance is to vacate certain <br />publicly held easements. <br /> <br />SECTION II. Findinqs. After due notice, the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View makes the following findings: <br /> <br />a. certain easements were conveyed for purposes of <br />providing orderly development within the city on the <br />property to be included in the Sherwood Estates Plat. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Following platting of Sherwood Estates, said easements <br />are no longer necessary due to new patterns of <br />development. <br /> <br />SECTION III. Vacation. The following legally described <br />publicly held easement shall be vacated: <br /> <br />The West 20 feet of the North 115 feet of Lot 47, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and also the <br />South 40 feet of the North 115 feet of said Lot 47, except <br />therefrom the West 20 feet. <br /> <br />All rights conveyed by Sherwood Estates Plat are reserved to the <br />City. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. Recorded Notice. The Clerk-Administrator shall <br />cause a certified copy of this ordinance to be filed with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder and Ramsey County Registrar of Titles. <br /> <br />SECTION v. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its publication. <br />
