<br />. <br /> <br />c. It is unlawful to operate a skateboard carelessly or <br />heedlessly in disregard of the rights of others, or in a manner that <br />endangers or is likely to endanger persons, property or the operator of the <br />skateboard. <br /> <br />d. It is unlawful to operate a skateboard in a place where the <br />surface or traffic conditions render the place unsafe for skateboarding. <br /> <br />e. It is unlawful to operate a skateboard on private property <br />without the prior express permission of the owner of the property. <br /> <br />f. An operator of a skate board must yield the right-of-way to <br />any other type of vehicle or a pedestrian while the operator is entering or <br />travelling upon a street, alley, sidewalk or bicycle path. <br /> <br />g. The operation and use of skateboards is restricted to paved <br />trails, paved hockey rinks and paved parking lots which are unoccupied, <br />located in the parks. <br /> <br />A person who violates this section is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and may be <br />fined up to $50. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 16. <br /> <br />Advertising. <br /> <br />a. No person may distribute or disseminate any leaflets, <br />pamphlets, circulars, handbills, advertisements or other written or printed <br />material except with the written permission of the director. <br /> <br />b. No persons may post, display, affix or attach any sign, <br />poster, placard, notice, banner or advertisement to any tree, building, <br />shelter, fence, pole or other structure except with the written permission <br />of the director. <br /> <br />c. No person may use loudspeakers, sound amplifying <br />equipment, musical equipment or cause any noise to be made for <br />advertising purposes or for the purpose of attracting attention to any <br />exhibition, performance, event or other purpose except with the written <br />permission of the director. <br /> <br />Subd. 17. <br /> <br />Unlawful Sales. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. No person may sell, offer for sale, hawk, peddle or lease <br />any object, merchandise or service or carry on any manner of business or <br />commercial enterprise except those concessions authorized or operated by <br />the City. <br /> <br />12 <br />
