Section 1106.02 is amended to read: <br /> <br />1106.02: <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: The following are permitted uses are permitted in an R-l <br />District: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. <br /> <br />Single-family detached dwellings. <br /> <br />Doal ding (house) home - foster childr en. Restricted to a family d w,elling in which childr en <br />out of their own homes, age sixteen (16) years or under, or in the case of mental retardation, age <br />twenty one (21) or undel, are cared for twenty four (24) hOUlS day for a period ofthilt)' (30) <br />day s. The number to be car ed fm in one foster child boat ding (house) home shall not exceed <br />twelve (12), including the foster family's own children. <br /> <br />Day care home. restricted to a family dwelling in which foster, case, super vision and <br />training for children of school or pI e-school age out of their 0 w n home is pr ov ided dUl ing part of <br />a day (less than 24 hOUlS) with no overnight facilities and remOved daily. The numbet to be care <br />for in one day care home shall not exceed twelve (12) including the family's own children. <br /> <br />Subd.2. Permitted single-family uses allowed under Minnesota Statutes 462.357. <br />Subd. 7. as follows: <br /> <br />a. A state licensed residential facility serving six or fewer persons: <br /> <br />b. A licensed day care facility serving 12 or fewer persons: <br /> <br />c. A group family day care facility licensed under Minnesota Rules. <br />parts 9502.0315 to 9502.0445 to serve 14 or fewer children. <br /> <br />d. Residential facilities whose primary purpose is to treat iuveniles who <br />have violated criminal statutes relating to sex offenses or have <br />been adiudicated delinquent on the basis of conduct in violation of <br />criminal statutes relating to sex offenses shall not be considered a <br />permitted use. <br />
