<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 576 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 906.13 ENTITLED, <br />"WATER RATES AND BILLING REGULATIONS" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. CHAPTER 906.13, Sudb. 1, Entitled "Authority of Council" is amended <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The Council shall have the authority to prescribe the rates to be <br />charged for water service to the customer and may prescribe the <br />date of billing, length of time and such further rules and regulations <br />relative to the use and operation of such systems as it may deem <br />necessary, from to time. Said water rates and any surcharges shall <br />be established by-+egQlmi.o.l+ ordinance of the City Council, from <br />time to time. <br /> <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its publication, <br />and be retroactive to April 1, 1996. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
