<br />t <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 577 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 907.14 ENTITLED, <br />"SEWER USE RATES AND BILLING" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. CHAPTER 907.14, Sudb. 1, Entitled "Rates Established" is amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Rates and charges for the use and service of the sanitary sewer system <br />shall be established by r-eselutioo ordinance of the Council. <br /> <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after the date of its publication, <br />and be retroactive to April 1, 1996. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
