<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 579 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO SET SEWER RATES <br />EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 1996 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The Mounds View City Council has determined that it is in the <br />best interest of the City to insure sufficient funding to cover operations and treatment costs in the <br />Sewer Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION II. The Utility Billing Clerk shall quarterly prepare a bill based on the <br />rates established for each property class by Council and in accordance with existing Mounds <br />View policy. Sewer rates shall be set at $45.50IREC (residential equivalent connections) per <br />quarter. <br /> <br />SECTION III.
