<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 584 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MOTOR FUEL STATION CANOPIES ON LEGAL <br />NONCONFORMING USE PROPERTIES AND AMENDING TITLE 1100, SECTION <br />1123.02 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION <br />1123.02, SUBD. la <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 1123.02, Subd. 1 ofthe Mounds View Zoning code is amended to read: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Continuance of Use: Any structure or use lawfully existing prior to zoning <br />use change shall not be enlarged but may be continued at the size and in the manner <br />of operation existing upon such date, except as hereinafter specified or subsequently <br />amended. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />For purposes of this section only. a motor fuel station canopy on a legal <br />nonconforming use property shall not be considered an enlargement of an <br />existing structure. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
