A proposal for a new wireless telecommunication tower shall not be approved unless the <br />applicant documents to the satisfaction of the City that the antenna planned for the <br />proposed tower cannot be accomm<?dated onan existing or approved tower or <br />commercial or industrial building within a one-half mile radius. transcending municipal <br />borders. due to one or more of the following: <br /> <br />a. The antenna would exceed the structural capacity of the existing or approved <br />tower or commercial building. <br />
