<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-601 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES, AMENDING <br />TITLE 500, CHAPTER 502, SECTION 502.08 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 502.08 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is amended to read: <br /> <br />License Hearing: No issuance of a new license or transfer Of relic.val of an existing <br />license for the sale of intoxicating liquor on sale, off-sale, club, Sunday sales or on-sale <br />wines shall be hereafter granted by the Council until a public hearing has been conducted <br />by the Council after published notice in the official newspaper at least ten (10) days in <br />advance of the hearing.
