<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 603 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MULTIPLE DWELLING REGISTRATION AND <br />AMENDING TITLE 1005, SECTION 1005,12, SUBDIVISION 1 OF THE MOUNDS <br />VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Title 1005.12, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code shall be amended to read: <br /> <br />1005.12: <br /> <br />MULTIPLE DWELLING REGISTRATION: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Certificate Required: No person shall allow to be occupied or let to another <br />for occupancy units in a multiple dwelling for which a certificate of registration has not been <br />provided by the Building Inspection Department. For the pur:poses of this Section 1005.12 <br />of the Mounds View Municipal Code only, the term "multiple dwellin~" shall be defined to <br />include the definition of. and have the same meanin~ as. the terms "Dwellin~, Multiple" and <br />"Dwellin~, Two-Family" as set forth in Section 1102 02, Subd. 36 and Subd. 39 re&1Jectively <br />of the Mounds View Municipal Code except that the inspection reQJlirements of this section <br />for "Dwellin~, Two-Family" units shall only be ~plicable to non owner-occupied units. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after its publication. <br /> <br />Read by the City Council of the city of Mounds View this 8th day of September, 1997. <br /> <br />Read and passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 22nd day of <br />. .
