<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 607 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1008, SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS, <br />OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 1008.02, <br />BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 1008 of this Mounds View Municipal Code is amended by amending Section <br />1008.02, "Building Permit Required; Exceptions", Subdivision 2 to read: <br /> <br />Exceptions: Permits need not be obtained, but the other provisions of this Chapter shall be <br />observed, for the following types of signs: <br /> <br />a. A sign not exceeding ten (10) square feet in area, pertaining only to the sale, rental or <br />lease of the premises upon which displayed. <br /> <br />b. A sign on residential property stating only the name of the occupant, which sign shall <br />not exceed two (2) square feet in area <br /> <br />A sign on property on which a public, charitable or religious institution is located, <br />stating the name and nature of the occupancy and information as to the conditions of <br />use or occupancy or a sign on which property used by the institution as a bulletin <br />board, which sign shall not exceed ten (10) square feet in area. <br /> <br />d.
