<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 617 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1100, CHAPTERS 1114 AND 1115 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE <br />B-3, HIGHWAY BUSINESS, AND B-4, REGIONAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Title 1114.02 ofthe Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by inserting the <br />underlined and italicized language, to read as follows: <br /> <br />1114.02: <br />District: <br /> <br />PERMITTED USES: The following uses are permitted in a B-3 <br /> <br />All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 Limited Business District. <br /> <br />Amusement centers. <br /> <br />Auto accessory stores. <br /> <br />Bowling allevs. <br /> <br />Commercial recreational uses. <br /> <br />Grocery stores, supermarkets. <br /> <br />Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided, that the lot area contains not less than five <br />hundred (500) square feet oflot area per unit. <br /> <br />Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with use restricted to members and <br />their guests. adequate dining room, kitchen and bar space must be provided according to <br />standards imposed upon similar unrestricted customer operations. The serving of <br />alcoholic beverages to members and their guests shall be allowed; provided, that such <br />service is in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Municipal regulationsl. <br />Offices of such use shall be limited to no more than twenty percent (20%) of the gross <br /> <br />1 See Chapters 501, 502, and 503 of this Code; see M.S.A.
