<br />ORDINANCE NO. 617 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1100, <br />CHAPTERS 1114 AND 1115 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE RELATING TO <br />PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE B-3, <br />HIGHWAY BUSINESS, ANDB~4, <br />REGIONAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICTS <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. TItle 1114.02 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal code shall be amended 'by inserting <br />the underlined and italicized language, to read <br />as follows: <br />1114.02: PERMITTED USES: The following <br />uses are permitted in a B-3 District: <br />All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 <br />Limited Business District. <br />Amusement centers. <br />Auto accessory stores. <br />Bowlina allevs. <br />Commercial recreational uses. <br />Grocery stores, supermarkets. <br />Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided, <br />that the lot area contains not less than five <br />hundred (500) square feet of lot area per unit. <br />."ptlVtteol\lPs orJ()dge!lserving Jqog and <br />beverageS'with use restrICted tb members <br />and their guests, adequate dining room, <br />kitchen and bar space must be provided <br />according to standards imposed upon similar <br />unrestricted customer operations. Title 1115.02 oHhe Mounds <br />View Municipal code shall be al'Oended by <br />deleting the italicized lined-thru language, to <br />read as follows: <br />1115.02 PERMITTED USES: The fPllowing <br />are permitted uses in a B-4 District: ' <br />All permitted uses as allowed in a B-3 <br />District. <br />Amusement places (SUCh as dance halls or <br />roller rinks). <br />Enclosed boat and marine sales. <br />9Sl1,':. B"e}"8 <br />Department and discount stores. <br />Dry cleaning, including plant accessory <br />heretofore, pressing and repairing. <br />Electrical appliance stores, including <br />incidental repair and assembly but not <br />fabricating or manufacturing. <br />Furniture stores. <br />Garden supply stores. <br />Public garage. <br />Theaters, not of the outdoor drive-in type. <br />Variety stores, 5 and 10 cent stores and <br />stores of similar nature.
