<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 618 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 909 ENTITLED "PARKS AND RECREATION' <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section I: 909.07, subd 11. Alcoholic and Intoxicating Beverages, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />909.07 General Conduct <br /> <br />Subd. Alcoholic and Intoxicating Beverages: No person may possess, have within their <br />immediate control, display, consume or use intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicAting 3.2 percent malt <br />liquor in or upon any public park open space, except as permitted by temporary license, pursuant <br />to 503.03, SuM 4 Temporary On-Sale License I Festival In the Park. This does not include the <br />sale or consumption of alcoholic and intoxicating beverages at "The Bridges" golf course. <br /> <br />Section II: This ordinance amendment shall take effect on 30 days after pub1 ication. <br /> <br />Read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 27th day of April, 1998. <br /> <br />Read and passed by the City of Mounds View this 27th day of April, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />C2ff ~~. <br />City Administrator Charles S.
