<br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 619 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 503 ENTITLED "NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR" <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section I: Chapter 503, Nonintoxicating Liquor is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Chapter 503 NONINTOXICATING LIQUOR 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR <br /> <br />Chapter 503.01 DEFINITIONS <br />Subd. 1. BEER or NONINTOXICATING 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Chapter 503.03 LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS: <br />Subd. 1. On-Sale Licenses <br />a. On-sale licenses shall be granted only to bona-fide clubs, beer stores, <br />drugstores, bowling centers, restaurants, and hotels where food is prepared <br />and served for consumption on the premises. On-sale licenses shall permit <br />the sale of beer for consumption on the premises only. <br /> <br />b. A holder of an on-sale license to sell nonintoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor <br />pursuant Hereto, who is also licensed to sell on-sale wine pursuant to <br />subdivision 502.03 (3) of this Title and whose gross receipts are at least sixty <br />percent (60%) attributable to the sale of food, is permitted to sell intoxicating <br />malt liquor at on-sale without an additional license. (Ord. 6-26-89) <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Off.Sale Licenses. Off-sale licenses shall permit the sale of beer at retail, in <br />the original package, for consumption off the premises only. (1988 Code <br />~101.02). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Temporary Non--IntoxicMing 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Special Events License. <br />A temporary special event non-intoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor license may <br />be issued for the retail sale of non-intoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor for <br />consumption on City owned premises located at 5394 Edgewood Drive, <br />and 8290 Coral Sea Street and during the time of the special <br />Event. A special event license may be issued to a club, or charitable, religious, <br />Or other non-profit organization which has been in existence for at least three <br />(3) years, or to an organization contributing all of the profits of the sale of <br />non-intoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor to a charity, or to any business holding <br />an on-sale license to sell non-intoxicating 3.2 percent malt liquor issued by the <br />
