The required area for the spaces being omitted must be complementary and coordinated <br />with the proposed parking spaces and access tot he property. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. The required area for the spaces being omitted shall be designated as undevelopable <br />other than being used for parking or access. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. A written agreement approved by the City Attorney shall be filed with the property <br />requiring that the owner or subsequent owners be required to improve the omitted parking spaces <br />if needed by the use of the property.
