<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 627 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO MEMBERSHIP OF THE PARK AND RECREATION <br />COMMISSION AND AMENDING CHAPTER 405, SECTION 405.02 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />The City of Mounds View ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 405.02, Subdivision 1, of the Mounds View Municipal Code is amended to <br /> <br />read: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />1. Appointment of Members: The Commission shall consist of SCVv'Cfi (7) nine (9) <br />members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the <br />Council. The Mayor, with the approval of the City Council, shall appoint a <br />chairperson at the first regular meeting of the Council in January. ( 1988 Code <br />34.02) <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
