<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 628 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1001 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL <br />CODE (BUILDING CODE) PERTAINING TO CONTRACTORS LICENSES AND <br />WORK REQUIRING A CITY LICENSE; PLANNING CASE SP-070-99 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Section 1001.02 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />with the proposed additions underlined and deletions Stl tick Otit and italicized, respectively, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />1001.02: <br /> <br />LICENSING PROVISIONS 3: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. License Required: Before any person shall engage in the business of doing or <br />performing any of the work set forth in subdivision 2 hereof in the Municipality, said <br />person shall first obtain a City license to do so as more fully provided for in this Chapter. <br />A City license shall not be required if said person is licensed with the State and if said <br />license is valid for the work being performed in Mounds View. A fee for checking the <br />status of the State-issued license may be charged and will be set by resolution. (Ord. 500, <br />1-13-92) <br /> <br />Subd. 2.
