'License Required: Before any <br />person shall engage in the business of <br />doing or performing any of the work set <br />forth in subdivision 2 hereof in the <br />Municipality, said person shall first obtain <br />a City license to do so as more fully pro- <br />vided for in this Chapter. A City license <br />shall not be required if said person is <br />licensed With the State and if said license <br />is valid for the work being performed in <br />Mounds View. A fee for Qhecking the sta- <br />tus of the State-issued license may be <br />charged and will be set by resolution. <br />(Ord. 500, 1-13-92) . <br />Subd. 2.
