<br />SECTION 1. Section 906.01,
<br />Sub. 2(b). of this Mounds View Municipal
<br />Code relating. to. water quality and testing

<br />: Subd. 2 Ekceptions; Regulatory
<br />Provisions:
<br />d a. Exceptions: Any existing building
<br />'which' is required to connect to the
<br />Municipal water system under Subdivision
<br />1 hereof but which does. not have access
<br />to a Municfpal water main adjacent to the
<br />property on which such building is built
<br />shall not be required to connect to the
<br />,Municipal water system until such time as
