<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 637 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1008 (SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS) OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED SIGNAGE IN PF PUBLIC FACILITIES, CRP <br />CONSERVANCY, RECREA nON, PRESERV A nON, AND PUD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />ZONING DISTRICTS; PLANNING CASE SP-073-99 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION I: Section 1008.08, Subdivision 2 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding the following new paragraphs m and n. The proposed additions are underlined and italicized and deletions <br />struck cut and italicized, respectively, to read as follows: <br /> <br />/11, P F Public Facilities District: Sif;ns not exceedinf; 100 square feet total per building In addition <br />pedestal sif;ns are allowed in accordance with Section 1008,01, Subdivision 6 except that no permit shall <br />be f;ranted for any pedestal sif;n ofmore than forty (40) square feet within one hundred feet 000') of any <br />sinf;le family residence. Except as otherwise provided in this Section, such sif;ns shall only identifY and <br />relate to the activities that are intended to occur on the site.
