<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~~ ... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 646 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 400, CHAPTER 405 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 405.03, SUBD. 1 AS TO THE TERM OF <br />OFFICE FOR MEMBERS OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 405.03, Subd. 1 of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to Parks <br />and Recreation terms of office is hereby amended by the addition of the bold and underlined <br />language as follows: <br /> <br />Subd.. 1.: Terms. Members of the Commission shall serve three (3) year <br />staggered terms, with terms expiring December 31 of each year. In order to establish <br />appropriate staggering of terms for the Commission Members, appointments to a <br />term of less than three (3) years are permissible. Both original and successive <br />appointees shall hold their offices until their successors are appointed and qualified. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
