<br />.' <br />(,. , ~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 647 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERSONNEL REGULATIONS AND AMENDING TITLE <br />300 BY DELETING TITLE 300 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND BY CREATING A NEW TITLE 300 <br />AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 301.01 IN THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Title 300 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by the deletion of the existing <br />Title 300 in its entirety and by the creation of a new Title 300, Chapter 301 as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 301 <br /> <br />GENERAL PERSONNEL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />SECTION: <br /> <br />301.01 : <br /> <br />Personnel Policy <br /> <br />301.01: PERSONNEL POLICY: The Council shall establish a uniform and equitable <br />system of personnel administration by resolution for employees of the Municipality, which may be <br />revised as necessary by amendments to such personnel policy resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
