<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 655 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF BRIDGES GOLF COURSE <br />PARCELS FROM CRP (CONSERVANCY, RECREATION AND <br />PRESERVATION) AND 1-1 (INDUSTRIAL) TO PF (PUBLIC FACILITIES) <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Specific <br />Rezonings" is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance 655. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Mounds View City Council has determined that the <br />present zoning classification of certain parcels associated with the Bridges Golf Course <br />are inconsistent with the Zoning Code and the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2.
