<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 656 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1008 (SIGNS AND <br />BILLBOARDS) OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br />PERTAINING TO BILLBOARDS AS AN INTERIM USE <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 1008.08, Subdivision 10.a. of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of the bold and underlined language and by the deletion of the bold and stricken <br />language as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 10. Billboards: A permit shall not be issued for any new billboard unless it complies with the <br />following interim use requirements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 462.3597: <br /> <br />a. CONDITIONALINTERIM USE PERMIT: An interim conditional use permit ~JUP) <br />must be obtained in accordance with procedures identical in form and substance to the conditional <br />use permit procedures found in Section 1125.011 Subdivision 3 of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />Any conditionalinterim use permit issued for an interim billboard shall automatically expire no later <br />than JanuaryJuly 1,20151 or when the lease agreement for the billboard expires1 whichever date is <br />earlier. Such (;!UP shall be null-and-void ifthe applicant fails to obtain any required permit from the <br />State of Minnesota, <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
