<br />Richard Roberts, being duly sworn on an oath states or affirms that he is the
<br />publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper

<br />SHIP OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
<br />COMMISSION
<br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS:
<br />SECTION 1. Section 401.02, Subd. 1.. of the
<br />Mounds View Municipal Code relating to
<br />membership of the Planning and Zoning
<br />Commission is heieby amended by the dela-
<br />tion of the 1t.1" .A" ."llhIA language as
<br />follows:
<br />401.02: MEMBERSHIP; TERMS; OATH;
<br />COMPENSATION:
<br />Subd. 1. Membership; Terms: _

<br />sist of nine (9) members from the resident
<br />population of Mounds View, other than per-
<br />sons elected to a public body, to be appoint-
<br />ed by the Mayor with approval of the City
