If no such document exists. signage shall be <br />as permitted for a B-3 zoning district. <br /> <br />** Directional signs may be allowed within right of ways upon written approval of the City, the appropriate governmental agency having <br />iurisdiction over the road way (if not the City) and the owner of the property directly abutting said sign. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Ifno <br />such document exists, signage shall be as allowed for a B-3 zoning District. <br /> <br />a. R 1 Single Family Residential District: <br /> <br />(1) f.. name on residential property stating only the name or address of the occupant <br />not exceeding two (2) square feet in size. <br /> <br />(2) f.. sign not exceeding tea (10) square feet in area pertaining only to the sale, rental <br />or leasing of the premises upon v.'hich displayed. <br /> <br />(3) !'.. sign, as aUo'.ved in subdivision 1106.03(3) of this Code, pertaining to home <br />occupations. <br /> <br />Page 15 <br />
