At no time shall any animal be left unsupervised <br />while outdoors. <br /> <br />d. Outdoor exercise shall be conducted so as not to unreasonably annoy, <br />injure or endan~er the health, safety, comfort, or welfare of the public. <br /> <br />e. All animal boardin~ facilities shall comply with the Nuisance Codes <br />established for the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />f. All animal boardin~ facilities shall comply with the Minnesota Pet and <br />Companion Animal Welfare Act (Minn Statutes 346.35 - 346.44) <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Section 1102.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby <br />amended with the proposed additions underlined and the proposed deletions struck out, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />1102,02: DEFINITIONS: The following words and terms, wherever they occur in this <br />Code, shall be defined as follows: (Ord. 548, 9-24-94; Ord, 620, 7-27-98) <br /> <br />Subd, 3.5. ANIMAL BOARDING FACILITY: A commercial establishment in which <br />domesticated animals are housed for a fee or compensation, Domesticated <br />animals include doqs, cats, or rodents such as rabbits, quinea piqs, hamsters, <br />qerbils, or other animals that are typically confined to a caqe or other enclosure, <br /> <br />Subd, 118, VETERINARY OR ANIMAL CLINIC: A structure intended for providing <br />medical examinations and treatment to animals. Services would be limited <br />to small animals and would not may include boarding of animals. (Ord, 441, <br />5-23-88) <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
