Anyone desiring to be heard with reference to this matter may be heard at this meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to comment, you may submit a letter to Jim Atkinson, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View MN 55112. The letter will be forwarded to th~ City Council.
