Appendix C of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Street Name <br />Changes" is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> <br />Long Lake Road. A certain street located within the City of Mounds View <br />extending between Groveland Road and Eastwood Road (see Exhibit A), <br />currently known as "County Road J", shall hereinafter be known as "Long <br />Lake Road" <br /> <br />SECTION 2, The affected properties are those depicted on attached Exhibit "8", <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
