Summary Destruction of Dogs: Whenever the Community Service Officer or any police officer has reasonable cause to believe that a particalar dog presents a clear and immediate danger to the residents of the City because it is infected v,'ith rabies or because of a clearly demonstrated vicious nature, any Mounds View police officer, after making a reasonable attempt to impound such dog, may summarily destroy said 00g; Subd. 9. Seeing Eye Dogs: \Xfhenever a blind person accompanied by a "seeing eye dog" or guide dog presents themselves for accommodation or service on any public transit vehicle or to a restaurant, store or other place of business open to the publie, it shall be unlmyful for the ovmer, manager, operator or any employee of such ,,'chicle or pluce of business to refuse admission to tho dog or service to the blind person. ~~,.,lO.
