<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 697 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE SUBDIVIDED EAST HALF OF 7653 <br />GROVELAND ROAD FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO R-2, <br />SINGLE AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled "Specific <br />Rezonings" is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance <br />697. <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Mounds View City Council has determined <br />that to further economic development and organized land use controls that the <br />present zoning classification of certain parcels should be reclassified to be <br />consistent with the Mounds View Zoning Code and the proposed Mounds View <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Subdivision 2. The City's official Zoning Map and the zoning classification <br />for the following described parcel is hereby amended as follows and as shown on <br />the attached Exhibit "A": <br /> <br />Parcel Legal Description Existing New Zoning <br /> Zoning Designation <br /> Designation <br />That part of Lot 3, Spring Lake Knolls Addition, Ramsey R-1 R-2 <br />County, Minnesota, which lies east of the west 205.1 feet <br />thereof <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance is effective thirty days after its publication. <br /> <br />First read by the City Council of the City of Mounds View this 8th day of <br />April 2002. <br /> <br />Read and adopted by the City Council of the City of Mounds View on this <br />22nd day of April 2002. <br />
