<br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 698 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1108.02, 1108.04, 1109.02, AND 1109.04 <br />SUBD. 4 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITTED AND <br />CONDITIONAL USES IN R-3 AND R-4 ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: Section 1106.06 of the Mounds View Zoning Code is hereby <br />amended with the proposed additions underlined and the proposed deletions struck out, <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1108.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted in an R-3 District: <br /> <br />Multif::1mily d\Nelling structures containing six (6) or less dwolling units. <br />Townhouses up to six (6) units as reaulated herein. <br /> <br />. Section 1108.04: The following are conditional uses in an R-3 District (requiring a <br />conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section <br />1125.01 of this Title): <br /> <br />Tovmhouses up to six (6) units as regulated horein. <br />Multifamilv dwellina structures containina six (6) or less dwellina units. <br /> <br />Section 1109.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted in an R-4 District: <br /> <br />Multif::1mily dwelling structuros containing six (6) or loss d'Nelling units. <br />Townhouses up to eiaht (8) units as reaulated herein. <br /> <br />Section 1109.04: The following are conditional uses in an R-4 District (requiring a <br />conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section <br />1125.01 of this Title): <br /> <br />Subd.4.
