<br /> The City Council of the Crty of Mounds'View.does
<br /> hereby ordain:
<br /> SECTION I. Chapter 202,02 i~ amended,as follows:
<br /> 2O~,02 Limitation of Operation, No person shall
<br /> operate a snowmobile in Mounds View except 6flilooli

<br />I 1. On any privately owned land with the express
<br /> permission of the property owner,
<br /> i 2. In an emergency during the period of time when

<br /> 3. By City Maintenance'personnel and members
<br /> of,the City Police Force in the performance of their
<br /> duties.

<br /> boulevard of any trunk highway, county road or
<br /> municipal street.
<br /> SECTION II. Chapters 202,04, 202,05, 202,06,
<br /> 202,07 and 202,08 shall be deleted,
<br /> SECTION III, Chapter 202,04 is to be added and is
<br /> to read as follows:
<br /> 202'.04 Penalties. Any person who violates any
<br /> 01 the provisions of this Ordinance, Minnesota
<br /> Statutes 84.8.1 ,to 84.90, or the Regulations of the
<br /> Commissioner of Natural Resources N, W. 51 to 59,
<br /> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
<br /> SECTION IV, Chapter 202.05 is to be added and is
<br /> I to read as follows: '
<br /> I 202.05 Repeal. This ordinance upon promulaga-
<br /> tion repeals all pre-existing regulations In lorce, ex-
<br /> I cept that such regulations shall be deemed'to be .._' u
<br /> i in lorce lor the purpose of perfecting any right
<br /> I vested, accrued or arising therefrom.
<br /> SECTION V, Chapter 202,06 is to be added and is
<br /> to read as follows:
<br /> I 202.06 Separability. The provisions of this or-
<br /> I dinance shall be separable and the invalidity of any
<br /> I section, paragraph, subdivision or other part thereof
<br /> shall not make void, impair, invalidate or allect the
<br /> remainder thereof. (239) .
