CITY OF HOUNDS VIEvJ <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AHENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AHENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. 40.10, Subd. C, shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />t~t lllAccessory buildings such as garages or tool houses, <br />sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic <br />supply and noncommercial recreational equipment. <br /> <br />t~t a. Private garages, parking spaces and carports as <br />-- regulated by Section 40.07 (Off-Street Parking) of <br />this Code. Private garages are intended solely for <br />storage of the private passenger vehicles of the <br />residents of the premises. Such spaces can be <br />rented to nonresidents of the property for private <br />passenger vehicles and/or non-commercial vehicles, <br />trailers, or equipment if sufficient off-street <br />parking is in full compliance with this Code is <br />.~ provided elsewhere on the property. <br /> <br />a. b. Attached garages must <br />conform to the front and rear setback requirements <br />for the principle structure and the side yard <br />setback shall be at least five (5) feet. <br /> <br />. e. d. No garage in an R-l District shall exceed eight <br />hundred sixty-four (864) square feet in area except <br />by conditional use permit. (40.10, Subd. D) <br />
