CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RArlSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEvJ BY <br /> Al1ENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. 40.10, Subdivision D, shall be amended as <br /> follows: <br /> ill Garage exceeding eight hundred sixty-four (864) square <br /> feet. <br /> a. The accessory building must conform with Sections <br /> 40.04, Subd. F and 40.10, Subd. C(l) of this Code. <br /> b. The combined square footage of all accessory <br /> buildings on one lot cannot exceed one thousand two <br /> hundred sixty-four (1,264) square feet. <br /> c. If the garage square footage is greater than one <br /> thousand (1,000) square feet, no other accessory <br />. storage building is allowed. <br /> d. The building shall be designed and maintained to <br /> provide a uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> e. The wid th of the building cannot exceed 35 feet nor <br /> - allow for more than a three vehicle access. <br /> f. Should the use for which the permit was granted be <br /> changed, the permit shall be subject to reconsidera- <br /> tion, revocation or other action regulated by <br /> Chapter 40.25 of this Code. <br /> f6t 121 Accessory storage building other than a garage exceeding <br /> two hundred sixteen (216) square feet. <br /> a.
