CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA I ' AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS I VIEW BY AMEND'ING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, I "ZONING" I The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: " SECTION I. Garage exceeding eight hundred shrty,four (864) slluare feet. a. The accessory building must conform with Sec- tions 40.04, Subd. F and 40.10, Subd. C(1) 01 this Code. b. The combined square lootage 01 all accessory I buildings on one lot cannot exceed one thousand t two hundred sixty-lour (1,264) square leet. c. II the garage square lootage Is greater than one thousand (1,000) square leet, no other accessory I storage building Is allowed. d. The building shall be designed and maintain- ed to provide a unllorm appearance with the dwell- Ing unit. e. The width 01 the building cannot exceed 351eet nor allow lor more than a three vehicle access. l' I.
