ORDINANCE NO. 444 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> BY AMENDING CHAPTER 48 ENTITLED, "WETLAND ZONING ORDINANCE" <br /> The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br /> hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. The Wetland Zoning District Map as <br /> established in 48.15, Subdivision 1, of the Municipal Code, <br /> is hereby amended by redelineating the wetland boundary for <br /> Wetland I.D. No. 1-21 as per the attached exhibit. <br /> SECTION II.
