. -'- oRDiriiANCENO....441..._.. -i CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA ,~ AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, "ZONING" ' The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: SECTION I. 40,02, Subdivision B, shall be amend- ed by adding the following: 110,0, Veterinary or Animal Clinic. A structure in- tended for providing medical examinations and treat- ment to animals, Services would be limited to small animals and would not include boarding of animals. SECTION II, 40,17, Subdivision 0, shall be amend- ed by adding the following: (4) Veterinary and Animal Clinics provided thaI: a, Noise and odor are effectively confined to the premises in accordance with Ordinance No, 90, Public Nuisance. b, The bo;lrdirig of animals is not provided for beyond hospitalization for surgery, illness, or injury, c, A mechanical ventilation or exhaust system shall be installed to control, capture and remove emissions or odors generated by such use, Such systems shall be separate from the other ventilation,systems in the building, Such system shall be designeo to prevent the migration of emissions or odors to other parts of the building, Installation .must comply with the Minnesota State Building Code Mechanical Systems, Chapter , 1M~ I SECTION III.
