<br />r~ -~-------~.. ---- ~ ~_.~- <br />: ORDINANCE NO. 448 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW BY' AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, <br />"ZONING." <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ,. <br />ordain: <br />SECTION 140,02, Subdivision B, shall be amend. <br />ed by adding the following: <br />86.0 Pel Store. A structure intended for the sale of <br />small domesticated animals. The provision of services <br />for pets such as grooming may also be available, <br />SECTION II, 40,17, Subdivision 0, shall be amend- <br />ed by adding the following: <br />(5) Pet stores provided that: <br />a. Noise and .odor are effectively confined to the i , <br />premises in accOrdance with Ordinance No. 90, Public I <br />Nuisance. ' <br />b, The boading of animals is prohibited except for <br />the purposes of retail sales, <br />c. A mechanical ventilation or exhaust system shall <br />be installed to control, capture and remove emissions <br />or odors generated by such use, Such systems shall <br />be separate from the other ventilation systems in the <br />building, Such systems shall be designed to prevent <br />the, migration of emissions or odors to other parts of <br />the building, Installation must comply with the Min- <br />nesota State Building Code Mechanical Systems, <br />Chapter 1345, <br />SECTION III, This ordinance shall take effect thirty <br />(30) days alter the date of its publication, <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on <br />the 121h day of September, 1988, <br />Read and passed by the City Council 01 the City of <br />Mounds View this 28th day of September, 1988, <br /> Jerome Linke <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />I Donald F.
