<br /> AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS
<br /> VIEW BY AMENDING CHAPTER 40 ENTITLED, .,

<br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby
<br /> ordain:
<br /> SECTION I. 40,17, Subdivision B, shall be amend-
<br /> 8d as follows:

<br /> Subd, B, The following are permitted uses in a B-3
<br /> District:
<br /> (1) All permitted uses in a B-2 Limited Business --
<br /> District.
<br /> (2) Amusement Centers,
<br /> (3) Auto accessory stores,
<br /> (4) Commercial recreational uses.
<br /> (5) Grocery stores, supermarkets,
<br /> (6) Motels, motor hotels and hotels provided that the
<br /> lot area contains not less than five hundred (500) square
<br /> teet of lot area per unit.
<br /> (7) Motor vehicle and recreation equipment sales and
<br /> ,garages accessory thereto.
<br /> ,(S) privata clubs or lodges serving food and
<br /> '.IlMrageS with use being restricted to members and
<br /> theIr guests. Adequate dining room, k~chen and bar
