<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 478 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> . <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 41 ENTITLED, "SPECIFIC REZONINGS" <br /> The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br /> SECTION I. The Mounds View City Council has taken into <br /> consideration the following ltems as it relates to the Mounds <br /> View business Park South Project: <br /> 1. Relationship to Municipal Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. The Geographical area involved. <br /> 3. Whether such use will tend to or actually <br /> depreciate the area in WhlCh it is proposed. <br /> 4. The character of the surrounding area. <br /> 5. The demonstrated need for such use. <br /> SECTION II. Pursuant to Chapter 41.23, the Official Mounds <br /> View Zoning Map is hereby amended to reflect the following <br /> rezonlng: <br /> Mounds View Business Park South is hereby rezoned from B-3, <br /> Highway Commercial District to PUD, Planned Unit <br /> . Development: <br /> 08-30-23-42-0006 <br /> 08-30-23-43-0001 <br /> 08-30-23-43-0013 <br /> 08-30-23-43-0014 <br /> SECTION III.
