ORDINANCE NO. 485 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 104 ENTITLED, "GARBAGE' <br /> <br /> <br />The City of Council of the City of Mounds View hereby <br />ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. Chapter 104 is amended to read as follows <br />by adding: <br /> <br />104.10 Yard Waste. Except for purposes of compostinq under <br />Section 104.09 of this code it shall be unlawful for any <br />person, firm or corporation to dispose of yard waste on <br />private or public lands located in the City of Mounds View. <br />All yard waste must be disposed of in the manner prescribed <br />by law. Yard waste for purposes of this section consists of <br />all grass clippinqs, leaves, twigs, and tree branches. <br /> <br />.. 104.1~1 Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating <br />any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. (2, 37, 70) <br /> <br />SECTION II.
